The challenges in India's urban transportation ecosystem are unique and require a tailor-made solution. As specialists in the field of electric mobility and renewable energy, we have created an open-architecture, 'Smart Mobility' model deployable across multiple vehicle platforms – 2-wheelers, 3-wheelers, and buses.

An intelligent Battery Management System (BMS) helps keep a constant check on vital battery parameters to optimise the Battery’s performance for long life and high levels of safety.

High Levels of Security

Built with a tough, tamper-proof exterior, equipped with an electro-mechanical lock, over 30 onboard sensors and a GPS tracking system that ensures security against misuse/theft, the Battery Pack is a fine example of ruggedness and reliability.

Robust Design for the toughest of Indian conditions

Designed ground-up to be used in Indian operating environments, our Battery Pack is built to survive rough handling, tampering, high temperatures and humidity.

Modular and Future-proof

Designed to be modular, our Battery Packs can be used in various combinations depending on vehicle type, application and range requirements. (For example - 1 battery pack for a 2-wheeler , 2 battery packs for an eRickshaw, 3 battery packs for an eAuto/eLoader, and so on). The architecture allows for continuous upgrades, with the ability to adapt to newer cell chemistries in the future for better range, reliability, and energy densities.

Autonomous operation with limited remote intervention required; each QIS doubles as an IOT edge-computing unit to run analytics and machine learning algorithms.

Advanced Battery Management System

Central Control Units (CCUs) of both 2/3wheeler & the Bus QIS, help in managing charging & cooling of the batteries along with swap for both fleets operators & retail

GPS/GSM/Bluetooth connectivity

This helps drivers keep a constant check on the battery vitals, track batteries in real time, facilitates station operations and ensures service delivery optimisation

Asset & Health Remote Monitoring

This assists in remote monitoring of SUN Mobility’s core assets (Battery packs and the QIS’)

Edge Computing

Displays the current Wallet balance, the minimum balance required and payments that are due

Energy Credits

Displays the dashboard to purchase the energy credits and transfer to Vehicle wallet

Wallet Credits

Displays the wallet credit statements so one can track transactions carried out by Station Agent in Agent wallet

The Driver app connects to vehicle battery pack via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to display parameters like the state of charge, distance to empty, nearest Quick Interchange Station (QIS) location, vehicle payment transactions, etc

Displays the number of kms one can drive on the current battery charge

State of Charge

Displays the state of charge of the Smart Batteries in the vehicle

Wallet Balance

Displays the wallet credits

No of Batteries Available

Displays the no of batteries available at the nearest QIS

Nearest Stations

Displays the nearest stations available for swap
